Utilization QA Console: A manual QA process rebuilt as a Fabric web app.
Sales Pipeline Intelligence: Daily snapshots and a self-auditing waterfall the CRM couldn’t produce.
Utilization Reporting Model: One set of measures behind reports, the app and client PDFs.
Contact Center Integration: Undocumented APIs mapped and rate-tested before any pipeline shipped.
Urgent Care Analytics App: 16+ reports consolidated into one leadership suite.
